Question by jagan13: Whom do I study to payoff a legal thing against a recognition bureau?
I am having trouble with the Equifax Credit Bureau.They are not updating my juice address on my recognition file though I applied for credit from my new address which eventually changed the address on my recognition file in Experian and Transunion.I also have faxed them a proof of my juice address with a copy of my exposure ID and also a letter clearly requesting them to update my address.I am having a wad problem lately for renting a car or leasing an apartment and almost everything that involves an assign check and every infomercial organisation request a recognition report from Equifax which in my case they are not able to get because of the outdated address on my record.

Question by ahisch: How do we study an unpaid civil judgement to the recognition bureau?
We were awarded a civil judgement signed by a judge and filed with our anesthyl courts in Jackson County MO for $ 100,000. The defendant never paid this amount and we would like for this to show up on his recognition report. I have been told volunteer civil judgements can be included in the personal section of a recognition report but I am unable to find out how to get the recognition bureaus to acknowledge this judgement and show it on his recognition report. Can anyone tell me how to get this debt on his recognition study?

The impute bureaus routinely cheque these public records, so they will likely find it, if they oasis’t already.
